Please Note

Cases received before 10am are received on that day, cases received after 10am are received on that day, however the processing time will commence on the following Business Day. This is because we require the full business day to be able to complete your case.

If you have an urgent case that requires a faster turn-around time than the times specified above, we offer a Priority Service on request. To use our Priority Service we require 72 hours notice prior to receiving the case. The Priority Service is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
