SCAN BODies
Osteon Medical offers a range of Scan Bodies and Abutments for use in IO scanning. Our range fits all major implant systems, contact us for more information or compatibility questions.
DIGITAL implant ANALOGS
The new digital implant analogs (DIA) have an innovative design with two fixation screws: one located in the lateral position, and the other one in the axial base position. By using this combination of two fixation points, we ensure accurate positioning of the analog. The lateral position of the fixation screw allows for a shorter model, which is easier to articulate than other DIA systems on the market. (Available for most popular implant systems.)
adjustable Ti-Bases
Given every job is different, we have designed a solution that now gives you the freedom to customise your own Ti Base to 4 lengths, depending on your crown or bridge height. This specific tooling allows cutting at a specific length using a guide piece that marks the known height. This tooling is fixed to the interface using a transversal screw. Each length within the range has a corresponding digital library for your convenience. (Available for most popular implant systems.)
