Case of the Month: September

The client has requested a fixed implant bridge to be designed for the maxillary arch on 8 implants. This case has a significant interocclusal height of over 20mm. Based on the requirements the new Nexus Bridge profile was chosen. The characteristics of this arrangement allowed for a profile that will incorporate a precision milled implant bar telescopically milled to be intimately fitted to a Multilayered Zirconia tooth overlay. The design also allows for a homogeneous and convex pontic design as well as creating a uniform and parallel platform for the zirconia to be bonded to irrespective of varying subgingival depths.
